Domrémy: La Maison de Jeanne d’Arc (1899)
|Directors||Louis Lumière, Auguste Lumiere|
Two men in sailor uniforms, one of whom has a wooden leg, come out of Joan of Arc's birthplace in Domrémy-la-Pucelle. They walk around the garden talking. A nun, a young girl, and a woman remain on the doorstep. The documentary clip is 40-second long and made by the Lumiere Brothers. This clip was part of the "Across France" series in the Lumiere catalog in 1901.
